Cashier-Checker Beverage Cart Attendant
About the position: Cashier-Checker (Beverage Cart Attendant) at the Falcon Dunes Golf Course, Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. Experience in clerical or office work, including cash handling and basic arithmetic. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to deal with the public and handle difficult situations, such as with intoxicated patrons. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be physically able to lift objects up to 40 pounds.
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure patron safety. Providing courteous and diplomatic service to customers. Handling daily inventory control and cash accounting for the beverage cart. Adhering to all safety, sanitation, and security regulations. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Working irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Qualifying Experience: Arithmetic & Clerical Skills: Experience performing basic arithmetic quickly and accurately is required. Inventory Control: Experience conducting daily inventory counts and reconciling stock (beverages, snacks) against sales. Cash Accounting: Proven ability to operate a cash register, process cash/card transactions, maintain a cash drawer, and accurately complete daily activity reports.
